The workshops from the Swiss Chinese Case Study Center help you to smooth out the managerial difficulties and explore potential business opportunities in a new context. We apply our know-how in cross-cultural management and business operations and years of research experience to our workshop design and connect you with the right business partners.

Other than our own state-of-the-art research, we also receive strong academic support from the University of Zurich. We are able to combine the most cutting-edge theories with real-life practices. We also provide company visits to consolidate the actionable skills developed from the workshop and strengthen your local network in the corresponding industry.

Since the establishment of the case center, our tailor-designed workshops have been consistently delivering innovative and themed training programs with a Swiss-Chinese focus to meet our clients’ specific needs. Depending on your needs, the duration of a workshop can be half day, one day, or two days.  The workshop can be held either at the University of Zurich or at your preferred location.
