Our world is shrinking, yet communication is expanding. In an increasingly intertwined and sophisticated global economy, equipping expatriate executives with cross-cultural communication skills has become a managerial imperative. Research has found that cultural quotient (CQ) is as important as EQ and IQ when it comes to cross-border leadership effectiveness.
